    Engineered for Safety & Performance. All wheels & sizes undergo Finite Element Analysis (FEA), ensuring maximum performance and strength.

    From CAD models wheels are brought to life with a render, giving a glance at the finished product.

    3.) CNC MACHINING

    Forged Aluminum blanks are selected and then CNC'd machined. Hubs are machined for decreased weight.

    4.) FINISHING

    Choose from a large variety of powdercoated, polished, and brushed finishes.

    5.) ASSEMBLY

    Final assembly of multipiece wheels and beadlocks are tapped at this stage in-house.

  • 6.) QUALITY CONTROL

    Before shipped, wheels undergo strict quality control including tolerance testing.
