Warranty and Disclaimers

Limited Warranty:

VFC Performance LLC warrants that its wheels (“Products”) are free from defects in materials and workmanship, as determined solely by VFC after inspection, for a limited lifetime period as determined by VFC upon inspection. This warranty applies only to the original retail consumer of the products (“Owner”) and cannot be transferred or assigned. The Products must be paid for in full for the warranty to be effective, and must be used in accordance with current published VFC specifications and instructions, and with VFC-approved accessories, fasteners, and replacement parts.

3 Year Structural Warranty:

VFC Performance LLC warrants that its street-use wheels (“Products”) shall be free of defects in material and workmanship starting from the date of retail sale. This warranty applies to unmodified cars, including but not limited to aftermarket wheel studs, lugnuts, wheel bearings, suspension, engine, etc. Any modification to the Products or use of the Product with any accessories, fasteners, and replacement parts not approved by VFC will void the warranty.

Motorsports Disclaimer:

VFC Performance LLC products are designed and intended for use in motorsports and other high-performance activities, which involve inherent risks and hazards. The Owner acknowledges and agrees to assume all risks and liabilities arising from the use of the Products, including but not limited to the risks and liabilities associated with participating in motorsports activities. VFC Performance LLC, its employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, death, or other damages arising from the use of the Products in motorsports or any other activities. The Owner agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VFC Performance LLC, its employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising from the Owner's use of the Products in motorsports or any other activities.

Return and Refund Policy:

VFC Performance LLC wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the product to discuss a return or refund. Please note that some products may be nonrefundable due to their custom nature. This includes products that have been custom-made or personalized according to the customer's specifications.

All returns and refunds are subject to approval by VFC Performance LLC. If approved, the product must be returned to us in its original, unused condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and refunds. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the product. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed. VFC Performance LLC reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds that do not meet our policy requirements.

Installation and Use:

The Owner is responsible for ensuring that the Products are used in accordance with current published VFC specifications and instructions, and with VFC-approved accessories, fasteners, and replacement parts. The proper installation, maintenance, and inspection of the Products is critical to their safe use. The Owner should inspect the Products before each use to ensure they are free from any visible damage, and if any damage is found, the Products should not be used, and VFC Performance LLC should be contacted for further instructions.

It is important to note that the proper installation, maintenance, and inspection of your wheels are crucial to ensure their performance and longevity. As such, it is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that the wheels are installed correctly and maintained properly, especially in the case of race wheels or beadlocks. Failure to do so may result in damage to the wheels, vehicle, and surrounding environment. VFC Performance LLC does not assume any responsibility for the proper installation, use, or inspection of its products. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you follow the instructions provided for proper installation, maintenance, and inspection of your wheels and that you seek the assistance of a qualified mechanic or technician.
